You can choose between the following payment methods:

Card payment
The advantage of paying by card is that there is no invoice fee. You can always feel secure paying by card at our online shop. We use Payex for credit card payments. We reserve the right to check the card expiry date and the available funds. The cost of the returned goods will be re-credited to your card. Most cards with the MasterCard and Visa symbols are accepted for payment.

CC applies a lower age limit of 18 years for card and credit payments.

If you return goods, your money will be refunded within 30 days. If you paid by invoice or on account, a credit note will be issued to your account. When you have paid by card, the money will be refunded to your account.

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Your goods will usually be delivered within a week of receiving your order, but delivery might take an extra day or two in high season. If an item is temporarily out of stock and needs to be dispatched later, we will put the missing item on standby and send you the other items you ordered. When the item on standby arrives, we will send it to you with free delivery.

To Lithuania Capri Collection delivers in cooperation with the swedish mail.

Our delivery charge is currently 39 litas, regardless of how many items you order. Capri Collection will not process parcels with a combined product value of less than 149 litas. We currently charge 59 litas for undelivered parcels.

All deliveries are insured by Capri Collection. If you discover that your parcel is damaged before opening it, report this to the distribution point where you picked it up. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge.


We always give you a 14-day refund option. A purchase is only considered completed once you have inspected and approved of your goods. Only unused goods may be exchanged or returned. Of course you may unwrap and try on the clothes, but you must always put them back into their bags before returning them.

If you return an item to exchange it for an identical item or one in a different colour or size, we will not charge extra for sending you the new item. However, you must pay the cost of sending the item back to us. Of course, if we sent you the wrong item we will pay for the return delivery. Please note that items purchased from our online shop can only be exchanged directly via Capri Collection in Borås.

If you want to return goods, you must pay for the return cost. If you return goods, your money will be refunded within 30 days in the same way as you paid it. Your money will be refunded within 30 days after we receive the returned goods.  We will refund the price that the items cost at the time of purchase.
